Your two annual tune-ups will include the following:
Complete inspection of your HVAC mechanical system
A spot check to assess ductwork condition
Monitoring of a complete heating and cooling cycle
Measuring of refrigerant balance
Cleaning of condenser coil
Cleaning and adjustment to existing blower components
Tightening of all electrical connections
Inspection to ensure all capacitors, motors, compressors and components are within specifications
Measuring temperature of supply and return
Inspection of evaporator coil
Assessment of air filter condition
Testing of safety controls
Checking thermostat calibration
Lubrication of all moving parts, as needed
Checking for carbon monoxide
Examination of heat exchanger for corrosion or damage
Cleaning and adjustment of ignition and burner assembly
